In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Jackie Stover Malone.

He is survived by his daughters Renda (Eugene) Hobizal of Port Lavaca, Vicki (Buzzy) Boehm of Austin and Jo Beth (Darrell) Staff of Port O'Connor; brothers Dr. Paul (Gaylee) Malone of Urbanna, Virginia and Richard (Paula) Malone of Mesquite, Nevada; grandchildren Jo Lynn (Paul) Hoelscher of Victoria, Lisa (Bryan) Charbula of Alvin, Joy (Michael) Holladay of Georgetown, Tanya Boehm of Austin, Tamera (Damon) Rogers of Austin, Jessica (Ryan) Neal of LaVernia, Jennifer (Jarrett) Cavender of New Braunfels, and Jason Staff of Rockport; great grandchildren Brandon (Tabitha) Hoelscher of Camp Lejeune, N.C., Emily and Nathan Hoelsher of Victoria, Zachary, Sydney and Shelby Charbula of Alvin, Kristen and Matthew Holladay of Georgetown, Ryan and Makayla Neal of LaVernia and Jazzlynn and Jace Cavender of New Braunfels, and Garrett Rogers of Austin; great great granddaughter Aspen Hoelscher of Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Kenneth was a hard worker, in fact he never retired. He had a great sense of humor and was a jokester. He loved country music, enjoyed gambling and loved sports. His favorite teams were the Spurs and Dallas Cowboys.

His wife, Jackie, was the most important person in his life. After her death, his three daughters took that place. He was dearly loved by all his family. He was a dad you could always count on. He was dedicated to his family and was always there for them. He was lovingly known as Papa Ken.

The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Courtyard Nursing Home and Hospice of South Texas for their care and kindness.

Private services will be held. In his memory, donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas or the charity of choice.

Condolences and memories can be shared at Services are under the direction and personal care of Grace Funeral Home.
